This Privacy Policy explains how Pusher (the "App") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App. The App is owned and operated by Artemi Polonski ("we," "us," or "our").
Quick Summary
We process push-up detection locally on your device using Google MediaPipe. We do not upload raw camera or video. Screen Time selections and restrictions are enforced locally on your device. We do not collect account information, subscription data, or analytics data. The App operates entirely offline. All data is stored locally on your device. Definitions
App: Pusher mobile application. Personal Data: Information that identifies or can reasonably be linked with you. Services: The App and any related websites, features, and support. You or User: Anyone who accesses or uses the App.
Information We Collect
Workout Data (on-device): Number of push-ups performed, workout dates and times, total push-ups today. Stored locally using UserDefaults. Fitness Settings (on-device): Your selected fitness level, daily start time preferences, and push-up-to-minute conversion rate. Stored locally. Screen Time Controls (on-device): Your selections of apps to block/unblock and related restrictions are enforced locally using iOS Screen Time APIs (FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, DeviceActivity). We do not transmit your Screen Time data off-device. Push-Up Detection (on-device): Google MediaPipe runs locally to count push-ups. We do not upload raw camera frames or videos for push-up detection. No images or video are stored. App State (on-device): Available screen time minutes, active unlock sessions, onboarding completion status. All stored locally. Support Communications: Emails and messages you send to us (if you contact us directly). From the App Store: Purchase receipts and subscription status provided by Apple via StoreKit 2 as needed to verify subscriptions. This data is processed by Apple and we only receive entitlement status.
Important: All data listed above is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any data on external servers or cloud services.
Sources of Information
Directly from you (settings, app selections, workout sessions - all stored locally on your device). Your device and operating system (for App functionality only - no diagnostics or telemetry collected). Apple App Store (purchase status, receipts via StoreKit 2 - processed by Apple).
Legal Bases for Processing
Consent: Where you grant permissions (Camera, Screen Time, Notifications) for App functionality. Contract: To provide the App and subscriptions you request. Legitimate Interests: To secure and maintain the App's core functionality (workout tracking, app blocking). Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws and requests from authorities.
How We Use Information
Provide, maintain, and secure the App functionality. Enforce on-device Screen Time restrictions you configure. Detect and count push-ups locally using Google MediaPipe. Verify purchases, manage subscriptions, and determine entitlements via Apple StoreKit 2. Prevent fraud, abuse, and attempts to bypass restrictions or in-app purchases. Provide customer support and respond to requests (if you contact us directly).
We do not: Collect analytics or usage statistics. Track you across other apps or websites. Use your data for advertising. Share your data with third parties (except as required by law).
Sharing and Disclosure
Service Providers: We use Apple services (StoreKit 2 for subscription management, FamilyControls/ManagedSettings for app blocking). These services process data according to Apple's privacy policies. We use Google MediaPipe for pose detection, which runs entirely on-device and does not transmit data to Google. Legal and Safety: We may share information to comply with law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users and our App. No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell your personal data. Business Changes: If we undergo a change in ownership or control, your information may be transferred consistent with this Policy and applicable laws.
Retention
We retain personal data for as long as you use the App or as needed to provide the App, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by: Using the "Delete Account" feature in the App settings. Deleting the App from your device (which removes all associated data).
On-device push-up motion data used for counting is not stored as raw camera/video. Camera data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
Security
We use iOS's built-in secure storage mechanisms (UserDefaults, App Group containers) to store data locally on your device. All data remains on your device and is never transmitted over the internet. No method of storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but since data never leaves your device, the risk of external data breaches is eliminated.
International Data Transfers
We do not transfer your data internationally or to any external servers. All data processing and storage occurs locally on your device. The App does not connect to the internet or transmit any data.
Your Choices and Rights
Access, correct, or delete all data through the App interface or by using the "Delete Account" feature. Manage subscriptions in your iOS device settings (Apple Subscriptions). Revoke permissions (Camera, Screen Time, Notifications) at any time through iOS Settings. Where applicable, exercise privacy rights under your local laws (GDPR, CCPA) by contacting us.

Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, please contact us to request deletion.
Cookies and SDKs
The App does not use cookies. The App uses the following SDKs: Google MediaPipe: Runs entirely on-device for push-up detection. No data is transmitted to Google. Apple StoreKit 2: For subscription management. Payment processing is handled by Apple. Apple FamilyControls/ManagedSettings: For app blocking functionality. Operates according to Apple's privacy policies.
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
The App does not track users across third-party websites or apps, so Do Not Track signals do not alter our in-App data practices. Since the App operates entirely offline and does not collect tracking data, Global Privacy Control signals are not applicable.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated policy in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
